First ever Cider Bar – Bull City Ciderworks

Bull City Ciderworks, a modern cider bar in Downtown Cary, opened its first-ever location in the historic Williams House. The location at 210 East Chatham Street is part of a new development that has revitalized the historic Williams House, which now houses the Bull City location. The company, founded by John Clowney and a few friends, has been home-brewing ciders in the backyard for over 10 years. The Cary location was chosen due to the positive momentum seen in the downtown area and the need to partner with local nonprofits and community interests. The first opening began last year, with a grand opening celebration last March. Read more.
